Information Commissioners Directs Releasing The 10th- 12th Exam Results Of Smriti Irani

Today, the Central Information Commission has declared to release the 10th and 12th exam result of Smriti Irani Malhotra, the former human resource minister of India.

The Central Information Commission has demanded the Central Board Of Secondary Education to show the exam results of Smriti Irani of 10th and 12th standards. The Central Information Commission has denied coming into action the arguments of “personal information”. The ‘personal information’ has to be released in the public interest, as it is their right to information about any public servant.

The Commission urges to know the roll number and reference number from the Holy Child Auxilium School, from where the Union Minister of Textiles, Smriti has demanded to have passed her 10th and 12th standard of exams. The record belongs to the CBSE of Ajmer of the year 1991 and 1992. The Central Board Of Secondary Education is requested to facilitate the Central Information Commission by the certain formations, which are asked from them. The board has asked for the time to search the 10th and 12th standard results of Smriti Irani from the huge number of records.

A few days earlier the argument grew regarding the educational qualification of the former Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani, who was unable to produce her educational certificates, which was claimed by the HRD Ministry. Shortly after this argument arose, she was barely removed from the post of Human Resource Development Minister and is placed as the Union Minister of Textile. After this, the Information Commission asked to show her claimed academic qualification, which she could not produce earlier.

Amidst such situation, another argument has arisen that the Commission does not have the right to harass anybody by demanding the academic certificates of Smriti. But the Central Information Commissioner R.K Mathur has barely ordered even the Delhi University to search the B.A records of Smriti along with the Central Board Of Secondary Education. A certain time provided to the CBSE and Delhi University to provide the qualification details of Smriti Zubin Irani to prove her claim on educational qualifications.

In this context, it should also be remarked that during a few days a revolution is going on in the country that the ministers have to provide their educational qualifications in front of the public. This has come to an agenda to specify the eligibility of the minister who is sitting on a powerful chair, which is a very important position in the country. In this respect, the matter with the former Human Resource Development minister’s qualification becomes the matter of information, which become like a kind of demand on the behalf of the commoners of the country. That is why, the Central Information Commission, which has taken an initiative of releasing the results of Narendra Modi, has now raised its voice to produce the claimed academic qualification proof of the former Human Resource Development Minister, Smriti Zubin Irani. In this context, the Information Commission, as well as the commoners of India, is waiting to get the actual fact about Smriti.
